I have been reading specifications of the future T300 and have realized that is exactly equal internally that t68, the same memory and menus, only with improvements of polyphonic sounds and java. If they are exactly equal within ... it(he,she) was not happening(passing) like when salio t68i? That with an update of software we have one T300 in our hands? (And it(he,she) is mas nicely t68i!) I say it as that for example the Sony J7 has a loudspeaker it(he,she) separates for the polyphonic ones but the alcatel 311 it does not have, and the new nokia either, wants to say it that improvements of hardware are not needed? I expect that podais to answer to my doubts! |

Polyphonic ringtones needs new hardware so you can't implement it on a T68

Well this is not so propable.
T300 is a fashion phone and has no bt(that's a serious hw difference...). T300 is the T68i for the mass market and i think it will succed if its price is equal to nokia 34(5)10.
As for t68i, soon its successor will come to life. in fact, it is an about a year old phone...

The T300 don't have bluetooth... and no calendar, no code memo, no syncML... |

yes... Polyphonic signals can play several channels... the buzzer in for example T68 aren't that advanced |

What happened there?
The T300 is slightly bigger, it stores slightly less data (possibly because of polyphonic ringtones and the downloadble games platform). It does have calendar (check out the white paper).
As for a new T68i replacement, let's see if Ericsson pull out of the Sony tie-in. It will all depend on the next quarter's results for the company.
