please describe your problem more fully including what you have tried and what, if any messages, you get. Also what browser you are using.

@cyberjaffa - So, you've already made 15 posts and you were assuming that on your 10th post your avatar will appear just like with everyone else's  Maybe the Esato database temporarily is refilling the ink for the avatars, black color in particular that will highlight the 'real' color of your K750i  Just be patient for a while, and before you know it your avatar will turn to a Samsung one . . . ooops, I mean will appear . . . normal.
