I am on Cingular, and i just brought k750i unlocked, it works find where i live, but when i go to diffrent city there is no SIGNAL at all...so i dont know wat to do can somebody pls help..? | |

Not much you can do. This phone, as you most likely will hear, isn't 850mhz. A pretty good chunk of cingulars network is 850mhz. Without it, you will come across this problem. This phone is most likely suited for t-mobile. (who's 850mhz coverage is much smaller than cingulars, and is only in roaming. )
http://compass.t-mobile.com will give you some idea of the coverage in your area. (click "no" on first screen)
Make sure coverage is where you need it before you do anything drastic. |
