Hello, I have a P900 and Im thinking of buying a HBM-30
It's a mp3 player bluetooth handsfree but I'm just wodering whether it would work as the normal handsfree. What i mean by this is when I play music from my P900 or play a video, Will the sound be heard through the HBM-30 or is only for making and recieving calls.. and listening to the music which is on the device it self..
Sorry if I sound a bit stupid or confusing but It doesnt explain much in the SE website. Would be great if somebody can help
Thanx

You can only listen to the music that is stored on the HBM30 through the HBM headphones.
Checkout my photos at My Website"Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the world together." |

Thanx for the reply,
I was really hoping that It could work as a normal Handsfree which would be great, I stil got a feeling it might work but I can't risk buying it and then If it doesn work.. It'll be useless for me

mate, I have one, I can assure you, you cannot listen to the phones music through the HBM30. The HBM30 is a Bluetooth handsfree. No bluetooth handsfree will let you listen to the phones music, only normal wired headsets can do that.
The reason is that very few phones on the market (if any) support the new bluetooth stereo headset profile. Even if you had a phone that does, the HBM30 doesn't support bluetooth stereo profile, so it wouldn't help.
Don't buy it if that's what you want it for. Get an fm transmitter and listen through an fm radio if you want wireless music from your phone. |
