Hi, Im trying to update my k750i, ive downloaded and run all the bloody software atleast 4 times on 2 computeres, then when it comes to do it (updating message) it says " * remove phone from usb turn it off and wait 20 sec * then hold "C" and connect it to usb, * the update should start in 15 sec dont disconnest your phone bal blah". the problem is I do this and my phone/updater does bugger all, can someone tell me what im doing wrong?
