any ideas to fast forward/rewind/pause amr files on SE K700i?

Hi to everybody, I hope to have more luck in this Forum section that should be more appropriated.
Here's my question:
I like to use my K700i (ver.R2AY004) for recording lectures and similar and till here no problem, I use the "Record sound" function.
I easly record 50-60min lecture and here come the problems: I can't seek them fast forward/rewind or pause as an mp3, in the K700 File manager I can only play/stop amr files, also no pause function and the Media player simply doesn't see them

Of course I can download them to my laptop and convert in files.wav (and after in mp3/aac files for smaller size) with Mikosoft AMR converter but I really need to find an alternative solution that let me seek them on my K700 without any conversion, avoiding all this long process through an external PC...
I really don't know how, maybe with an extra j2me player tool if existing?
PLEASE PLEASE help me!!!
