Hi All.

Got myself a K750i yesterday. Straight away I put some mp3s on the phone and had a listen. Then for some reason all the mp3s vanished. Not sure whether it was something I did or not. So I connected the phone back to the pc and the files were still there - in the MP3 folder which can be viewed through Windows Explorer (displayed as a removable drive).

I deleted the files from there and copied over fresh ones. Still no joy. Windows Explorer can see the files, but the phone cannot. Tried the "All Music" - nothing, browsing with "File Explorer" - nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Hmmm . . . try using the DiskToPhone application when putting mp3s to your phone.

Simply >*<<*<* (where the > and < represent a movement of the joystick to the right and to the left)

Did you disconnect the USB cable from the phone before looking for your files on the phone?

Disk2Phone seems to have solved my problems for now.

Also, while I'm at it. The phone seems to get disconnected from the pc quite often. I have to reboot the pc to re-establish a connection.

Is this normal?

hmm.. maybe you should try formatting your duo before transferring your mp3s. as for the phone getting disconnected, it's probably more due to software than hardware though i'm not certain about the cause.
