i recently bought a k700i , but i don't know how to listen to the radio without using the handsfree . it stinks to go outside with those cables along you , i want to listen to the radio on the speaker and i don;t need handsfree.
and the menu moves a little bit slow , what can i do to improve speed ? |

no way to improve the speed, the speed is fast, i dont understand how you think its slow.
regarding the radio. You NEED the handsfree kit plugged in as the phone uses it as an aerial. You need the aerial to be able to pick up any radio stations unless you just want to listen to fuss?
This aerial feature is the same as in all phones and music devices. So please dont complain that its crap. If you dont wish to use the aerial you can only then listen to a few Mp3's (not many as it wont hold too much),

And the radio won't work at all without the handsfree inserted, it will simply give you an error message, no way round it I'm afraid!

plug in the handsfree and turn on the loud speaker and leave it in your pocket. you can upgrade the firmware by going to a service centre, or buying a DSS-25(or 20) sync station and using the Sony Ericsson Update Service from www.sonyericsson.com updating the firmware will speed up and smooth the menus depending on which firmware you are currently on.

i am on the first firmware that came with the phone
and the aerial thing u sayn , as saw a nokia 6610i that the radio was on without any handsfree and it was very loud.

oh yes i understand now );
and do u guys now some k700i cool games , that i can play with my friends that own a t630 through bluetoth, i now there are a lot of games but i don't have time to try them all. |
