after putting them in the other folder, then goto the other folder on the phone, place the selection cursor on a game, hit the left key selecting install. Then the game will be installed.

MSSEMC\Media files\other sounds like you are trying to install the games on the memory stick. Install them in the other folder of the phone's memory. |

thanks guys,
textappeal i was trying to install from memory card,so how do i install to other on phone? |

storing them on the memorycard before installation has nothing to do with where they get installed when you install them.
You dont need to put them in the "other" folder on the phone, its just fine to store them in the "other" folder on the mem card as you did.
But to actually install them you need to select install as Ive described in my earlier post. They will automatically get installed in the phone memory.
After install you can remove them from the "other" folder if you like.
Or keep them there to be able to reinstall if needed, or Bluetoothed to a friend. |

u should make it to a .jar file before sending it to the phone

yes, you can only install .jar files
Javagames comes as a single .jar file for S//E phones

oh, man, this is discussed in sooooo many other threads, do a search before you ask, it helps!
Anyway, before you send the file to your phone, simply change the extension from *.zip to *.jar. That's all. It is possible (if u use windows) for the extenstions not to be displayed in the filename. this can be corrected by clicking tools/folder options (in any folder you open) then View and unmark "hide extensions for known file types".
that should do the trick!
