Private logo help |

I can view and save logo's without any problem from the logo database but i have recently uploaded a couple of logo's into my 'private logos' section, i can view these perfectly well on my PC, but when i try and access them via WAP (in order to download them as my background) i only see the name of the logo in a box and therefore it doesn't give me the option to view and then download, it just gives me the option to go back.
Any help would be much appreciated

I have the exact same problem as well. I'm assuming you're using the sonyericsson wap site. Let us know if the problem can be solved. Thanks. |

The most common problem with viewing the logos on Esato is caused by your operator's WAP-gateway.

The problem why you can't see your pictures is because of your operators WAP gateway. There is a setting in the WAP GW called large account transfer or large data transfer or something similar. That setting has to be increased. Othervise you will never see any pictures trough that WAP GW. As far as I know, it's just Ericsson's and Phone.com's WAP GW that has that setting increased enough by default..

There is two ways you can solve this.
- Ask you operator to change the settings.
- Use Ericsson's WAP-gateway.
The settings is sent to your phone in an SMS

I have also got the same problem as Kristian7 - can anyone out there help us, please !?!!
I can see the logo on my phone, but there's only a 'back' link and the usual Esato site nav links - with no option to download. I've even tried the suggested Ericsson WAP gateway, which now lets me download logos from the 'favourites' list, but not the 'private logos' list.
Is it to do with the size of my logo (2,110 bytes) ? |

I live in russia and i cant go to wap site wap.sonyericsson.com/fun after upgrayt. Load only the first page. I push OK and my phone is wrote (your request for a service could not be fulfilled.Please try again or contact your operator if the problem persists.)
And what is all. Early all was ok. What need i to do?
Help me.
