Tried updating last night and it seems the latest version is still R1L.
Guess it takes a while for Orange to plagiarise a firmware release before they unleash it on us Orange customers. |

Yes,
When I first got the phone I updated it to R1L which made the Bluetooth a lot more stable. |

The latest version of the firmware for the k750 on Orange is R1N035. I have that version on my phone, updated from the SEUS yesterday. |

Orange are on the R1N035.
However I can also confirm that Orange didnt block and SE updates.
SE when they released the update at the begining of the week only released the unbrannded versions and no network versions.
People who had a purchased there phones from 02 dont always get a branded version and this is why they were able to update.
Heres the current list
Orange is the only network that currently in the Uk is R1N035
T-Mobile are still on R1J so you can say that they dont do the update.
Unbranded UK (CDA102338/38) - R1N035
Orange UK (CDA102338/12) - R1N035
O2 UK (CDA102338/16) - R1L002
Vodafone UK (CDA102338/68) - R1L002
T-Mobile UK (?) - R1J002
When my phone broke a couple of weeks ago, The Orange Tech support asked me what version of phone software is and did i know about the update site.
I did and it was already uptodate.
I asked the guy that is this a question they aske for SE phones, he told me yes and Orange approve of the service. Its better for them and Customers who can always be able to update there phones.
Se made the delay in releasing the firmware and not Orange not accepting this.
Hope this helps. |

Just to be clear, is the website updating with ghastly Orange icons?
I am one of the few who got through when Orange briefly forgot to block the SE website updating their phones with Orange firmware and, as a result have an Orange phone with "proper" SE icons. I am, however, a bit scared to update from my current firmware in case it returns me to Orange icons.... |

Hi guys, while we're still talking about orange firmware and CDA's Mine is rather odd.
It's unlocked to all networks however It was bought on o2. (it now uses an orange sim) Not that is should matter... anyway...
Software Version R1L002
Camera 4.4
Customisation CDA102286/8 R2A
Language?: EUROPE_2
Content Version: PA19
What is wrong? I can't update it with SEUS, or Da Vinci.

Anyone got any ideas.. I bought my K750i when they first came out (one of the first in the orange shop where i live) i've successfully updated through to R1L but when i tried to update to R1N035 it says that it is not supported for my service provider which is orange. Has anyone with an Orange phone managed to update to R1N035?

I have updated mine but was one of the first to do so.
The SE Site for Update is currently down for all K750i users.
The site has now been down for the last couple of weeks. (quite a few threads to support to support this)
The SE site has been updating some k750i with w800 firmwares and causing problems.
SE are aware and so took the site down.
No dat is given when the site will be back.
I would also hang tight. I have the R1N035 and i have had one phone crash. I never got one with the R1L
