can any of you please help me ive got a k750i and keeps locking the only way i can get it to work again is to take the battery out |

it just freezes and wont do anything no buttons will work |

What fireware version do you have? There is a new software version which may help you...also do you have a branded or unbraded phone? If branded what network? |

i dont know what fireware ive got i got it new on sim free i use o2 how do i download the fireware and how do u put it on your phone |
