What is happening with O2 and the W800? I can't get one for love nor money.
I'm on O2 online and have been told they won't have stock until October! I've even been into a few O2 shops as I was told I might be able to upgrade there and remain on O2 Online but they haven't got any either.
If I could get as good a tariff as I've got at the moment with another operator I would jump ship straight away. I'm on the Online200 discounted tariff - 200 xnet anytime minutes, 500 sms messages and 1Mb(?) of GPRS - £15/month.
Have O2 underestimated demand? Have Sony Ericsson understimated demand? Are other operators struggling with stock as well?

Retentions, it's the standard Online200 tariff but half priced line rental.

I asked the same question in the Chester O2 shop, they said october too! So I stayed with Orange and got the last W800i left in the shop

I see so if i started on that tariff then after a year i could get it to half price, hmm, tempting.
