How do I install applications to my phone thru the fastport-USB cable that came with the phone?

I've downloaded some applications (.jad and .jar files). Now, where am I suppose to put them in the phone memory or external memory stick so that the phone can recognize them and install them?

Thanks.

Put in the other folder
Code:
MSSEMCMedia filesother

then disconnect the phone, unplug the cable, browse to the other folder, click on each application to install it.

You can also launch the Phone Manager and drag and drop the files onto the "Phone Memory" icon.
