Is it possible to keep the GPRS connection active even if I exit the browser? Since I get charged a flagfall to connect each time I would prefer to keep the connection active as I use it a few times a day.

You cant keep the GPRS connection open all the time like you can on Nokia's. I presume SE did this to reduce the drain on the battery. |

What i can think of is you leave ur phone browser on a page that refreshes automatically. Like the forums on txt3.net. Btw my cousin lives in melbourne and he told few months back that gprs is free in Australia. He is on Optus Zoo.
