So is there a Theme Creator i can download for the w800i like there was for the k700? And where can i find it because i made some ace themes last time for the k700 and want to customise my new phone!

Does that theme creator allow us to create animated themes. |

It's personal taste really. Try them both, they're both free. Personally I use the SE one.
@ bavlondon: If you create the animations, then all the theme creators allow you to import animated elements into the themes. Theme Creators themselves do not have animation facilities built-in. You create the animations in whatever program you prefer.
