last night i gave my phone to my friend to watch a video, when he went to give it back i wasnt paying attention and it fell in my cup of black sambucca which i had on my lap. only up to the screen so just the keypad got wet i pulled it out and it worked then it turned off and that was it.
will sony cover my phone will they take it back and try to fix it? or am i sol |

Try taking it apart and drying it out in a tub with sylacle gel (The stuff you get with shoes in theose little satchets) in it. |

you mean just take the faceplates off or take everything apart? i dont understand what you mean

Yep. The cover. There may be moisture inside which needs to go before it can work again (Hopefully). |

The warrenty wont cover liquid damage. Normally when this happens its needs more than just a repair. The phone will probably need replacing as the liquid destroys the mail board within minutes.

sambucca is an alcoholic drink kinda like jaeger if i clean it inside with rubbing alcohol is that ok?
also will se replace it or no? |
