Hey can anyone tell me that at what is the bitrate and frequency one can get best quality sound on a k700.I tried 128 kbits-44khz and 80kbs-22khz, they are almost of same quality(on pc the quality is different) PLZ HELP.The manual of the k700 says that it can play maximum of 16khz but it is wrong when i played an mp3 of 16 khz then 22khz the quality was better.So need help

Hm, I'm not sure what you're asking, but here is what I've concluded with my K700i.
(All mp3's I've played has been in 44100 Hz)
When playing 192kbit mp3's the phone sometimes had problems keeping up.
I've mostly played 80 kbps and 96 kbps mp3's though, to have space for more. And I find that the quality of those bitrates are ok, when you play them in your K700.

I m sorry about my poor english as urdu is my mother tongue.What u have concluded is what i was asking.As u said that 80kbps and 44100Khz is the quality u play in ur phone but i think the mp3 of this bitrate and frequency is too large may be 3 to 4 MB(it is too big as the memory in K700 is 40 MB)How come?PLZ help

Well, ofcourse you can go for smaller mp3's in e.g. 56kbit, but I've just found that 80kbit and 96kbit was what I prefered.
Yes, songs are about 3 mb then. If you want space for more than 40 minutes, then you'll need to buy the K750i or W800i. That's what I did.

you can do aac encoding for the k700 with itunes - use 96Kbps for the same quality as a 128Kbps mp3. K700 only has 16KHz limit on wav files, not mp3 or aac
