Help me, I have a PC with built in wireless and a Laptop also with wireless.

The Laptop is always connected, I can leave it on all day and when I attempt to browse the net, it works.

However my PC seems to loose the connection afetr about an hour of not being used, and I have to shut down and restart to pick up the connection again. Its not just the net either, nothing will connect. When I had a dial up (back in the day) there were settings for a diconnection. But I can find no settings or anything for this. Help please.

go to control panel - network connections - you can right click and disable your wireless and re-enable it. or repair. but your best bet is if your card came with it's own configuration software ase windows wireless zero configuration sucks noodles..

I tried repair, but it still wont work, only after a shutdown. Its weired. I had Limewire installed at one point, which when I ran it my it sucked up all the bandwidth and prevented the net from working, Im wondering if it has left anything behind after the uninstall.
