i had my settings sent to me..but i had to change them a bit...i have no idea if mms works, but when i try to browse using gprs it says:

data account does not exist,check your settings.Settings not valid.check with your service provider.

i did a search on here but i found no answers, can anybody please point me in the right direction.and advice or websites with tutorials etc would be kindly appreciated.

click here for the GPRS settings for all major networks, check if they match yours Also check you have GPS+GPRS enabled not just GPS (I made that mistake once ) [addsig]

thats what i mean mate,i dont know how to check these things.it is a very confusing interface for me..with many different connection settings (

fair enough right go to settings > connectivity > data comm > preferred service > then choose GSM + GPRS [addsig]

Choose 'use proxy' under the, internet settings > internet profiles, then it enables the settigs for ip address and proxy. [addsig]

so i only need to change settins in data comm, and internet settings?

o2 wap gprs
internet mode=http
use proxy = yes
proxy = 193.113.200.195
port= 9201
name= payandgo
pass=password

i have just one profile now in my internet profiles.i have removed all the mms things etc

still says settings invalid grrrr

change the port number to 8080 from 9201 - forgot to mention that.. [addsig]

nope, no dns address, and no IP address in the data comm/internet settings.

ONLY use the ip address for the proxy [addsig]

Glad you got it sorted, now we are getting off topic but still, click here for some games for your W800i they are listed to work on K750i but its the same phone as yours in generall [addsig]
