I'm leaving for overseas in 2 days time, and will not be taking my T65 with. I want to know, is it better to store the phone with a fully charged battery or when it's run down? (Storage period is just over 2 weeks)...or am I worrying about nothing?

You're worrying about nothing. You're only gone for 2 weeks, just let the battery run down and recharge it when you come back.

Or if you leave it partially charged, it will lose a little charge while you are away (no phone battery is perfectly insulated so it's natural) but you can use it immediately when you come back and then recharge as normal when it goes low again.
