Your going to need to create a data account then enter the following settings:

Homepage: http://wap.btmw.net
APN address : mobile.bt.uk (also try btmobile.bt.com)
Gateway (IP) address : 149.254.201.132
Username : user
Password: wap
Session type: Continuous / permanent
Port number: 9201
Authentication: Normal

Once completed go into your control panel, select messaging accounts and create new mms and enter the following:

Access point name: mobile.bt.uk
Username: user
Password: btmms
Authentication: Normal
Data bearer: GPRS
Gateway IP address: 62.239.21.123
Session mode: Permanent
URL address: http://mmsc.btmms.co.uk:8002

If they don't work then contact BT again and let them know, and see if they can activate your account with them to use GPRS / MMS on your phone. [addsig]

hi defensive

thanks for the info, the p900 slightly has slightly different setting to what you've described. So got a bit confused.
tried speaking to BT Mobile but they said they don't support this phone.

i should have checked before i bought the phone really but it looked such a great phone and i thought they all worked regardless of phone and network.

thanks all the same
