Is your W800 or K750 acting like this when set like this?

Keylock active/On
Clock OFF

It occurs when going to completely shut off in the LCD.

The problems are many in this FW sadly..

Mine is R1L002. The latest. Seems to be in all of the W800i? True?

well it's probably not a bug since many peeps would have probably posted that problem already.

Maybe the software has corrupted? Either that or you might be looking at a hardware fault in which case it's a return jobbie.

Your phones posessed. Its been taken over by unatural forces

My advice is to go and throw the phone in a bowl of Holy water. Either that or see if you nearest repair centre can vanquish the foul demon residing inside your phone

Seriously though. If it doesn't happen very often then I wouldn't bother much about it. If it starts to flash all the time or other applications become affected then take it straight to your nearest service centre. They'll most probably say its a software problem and reflash the phone with updated software.

I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose

I'm sure thats a function to tell you your doing something e.g. playing a game. My Z800 / K700 / K500 all flash, but never when I leave it on the standy screen. [addsig]

Have you guys with W800 tested after my instruction above?
It happens all the time on mine when keypad is active and clock is set off..

I tried it on my w800i with your settings (auto key lock and no clock at sleep) and it happened to me as well. After the backlight has faded and before the blank screen takes over, the backlight turns on for a split second and turns off with a blank screen.

I think it's pretty similar to the case where the clock is on, where the backlight turns on again for about 2 seconds when the clock is being displayed on white background and fading afterwards.

Yes, it happens on mine too if the standby clock is turned off. I always have the clock set to 'on' thus i haven't seen it...

Something similar happens on my K700. I think it's whenever an application is "on" and left untouched for some time, the screen would dim for a while and then you would get a quick flash before going back to dim again. From your video though it seems your flash lasts a tiny bit longer than mine.
