After watching a 20min epsiode of The Simpsons on my K750 , I noticed that the LCD got quite warm; the whole phone actually coz the keypad was also lit all through the episode. Is that a cause for concern? could it damage the phone in any way?
I'm thinking what if I play a whole movie? the phone might start to melt in my hands

I have heard that early trial versions of the K750i that were never meant to be sold to the public, had a problem with the screen getting very hot.

I bought my phone in the 4th week of august and on the inside of the battery cover was printed "week 26", so I'm not sure whether this is old or new. I guess I should try playing a longer movie and see whether the LCD gets hotter. If it does then I'll know for sure whether its old or new

mine is week22 and I don't think it is the old stock. It was packaged in a special bundle by Sony Ericsson with the headset, so it's definitely not an early model not meant for release to the public. So I guess wk26 should be a new one too.
