Were you doing anything power-intensive for that minute, like watching a video or something? Or was it just sitting in standby?

The battery indicator can go up and down a little. It is normal. I monitored "the percentage" of my K750i very much in the beginning and that seems normal.

I haven't had my W800i long enough to have seen similar things on that, but I assume that that is the case.

When you first get the phone the battery is obviously new so give it a few days to settle down.Try cycling the battery by only charging it when the battery is so low it turns itself off, then fully charge it. This usually works for me.

It's difficult as it charges itself when connected to the USB-cable...

Yeah, USB charging.

My phone's just 5 days old (from date of purchase), and I do connect it to my PC 3-7 times a day, each session varying from 5-30 minutes.

Does frequent short-time charging from the USB port like what I'm doing reduce the battery life of the phone?
