Version 1.2.2.6 now available.

I got mine from the BlueTake website but I had to register via the MAC address on my USB key.

I guess MSI, TDK, Billiontonne etc will offer it in their support pages.

Arn't we already up to 1.2.2.15, or are these ones newer than that?

I'm confused now!

I thought the driver I got with my BlueTake adapter was 1.2.1.15. Maybe it was 1.2.2.15....I'll check tonight.

Anyway the reason I thought there was a new one was that if you go to this link ;

http://www.bluetake.com/main.htm

Just underneath the diagram of the products it says "New Bluetooth S/W Download" so I went ahead and got it. Maybe I've downgraded my driver.

Sorry for any confusion.

I think the different manufacturers customize the drivers slightly and realease them with different version numbers just to confuse us.

However the 1.2.3 version mentioned in the FAQ on the TDK site seems the most promising. They say it will support OPP properly so we will be able to transfer images etc. I just hope it isn't too long untill they are released.

It's really silly that everyone has to go to different manufacturers to get the same software. We should have a thread in the forum just for Widcomm software. Maybe we can even exert some influence over features etc.
