From Whatis.com:
A terabyte is approximately a thousand gigabytes.
A petabyte is approximately a thousand terabytes.

Which byte might come next? |

exabyte - a thousand petabyte
zettabyte - a thousand exabyte
yottabyte - a thousand zettabyte
the rest up to luma, which is 10^63 (petabyte is for example 10^15) can be found on http://www.plexos.com/256_bit_CPUs_should_be_enough.htm
