I have tryed installing new drivers on the pc and phone... also reformating my pc none of my other USB deviced reset the pc... does anybody else have this problem????? do u think it could be a conflict with all the stuff i got in my pc? for instace i have a capture card inside.. a wintv card.. i duno if this would cause any probs... its just driving me bonkers... heres the link to the other post i had regarding this topic... http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=101585#post1391471 hmm
