I've come to the conclusion that Ericsson's service must of the best in the world. I had my T65 in for service twice. The first time for a FW upgrade and the second time to have the back cover replaced (the first didn't fit perfectly) and all this was done at no charge at all. Bugs there may be in the phones here and there, but atleast they're willing to help sort them out. Viva Ericsson!

i completely agree with you. i've also been two or three times there and they're great. people is very kind and the place looks like a cebit stand!
i also have a polar blue r5a t65, could you please read my post in the "t65 firmware and tricks" topic?
