I found some wap pages which contains free java games...but the file type is .jad
i have tried to upload them to my SE K700i with USB cable (soft. from mobileaction.com), but the phone says that it doesn't recognize it. I tried to change the extension, but no sucsses...
how can i upload jad file to my K700i? |

you cant.... the k700i recognizes java files only as *.jar extensions...just changing the extension wont do any good |

Yeah...also noticed that .jad files won't work on my phone. On which phones do these files work?

A .jad file is not a game that's why it won't work!. They are only needed on some Nokia models and even then the only act as a kinda i.d. for the actual java file, just a file that the Nokia's need to instal the game. For Sony Ericsson phone these files are worthless. |

yea .jad hole information about the java game and they come along with a .jar file sometimes
