WHY IS IT ON THE W800I WHEN U PLAY THE MUSIC FROM THE SOUNDS FOLDER THE VOLUME IS REALLY LOW BUT IF U WERE TO USE IT AS A RING TONE YOU CAN HEAR IT HALF WAY DOWN THE ROAD,
OR IS THERE A SETTING I JUST HAVENT FOUND YET ?

Hey dude, I think you've accidently pressed the caps lock

Have you tried something like:

Settings - Sounds and alerts - and then something like ringvolume or so...?

Volume buttons on the side of the phone control playback volume for mp3s.

The menu in which you select your ringtone also has a ringtone volume, which funnily enough seems to change the volume of ringtones!
