Hello Guys down there,
I am currently expereincing some issue with my P800. Indeed for some times already, I am not able to backup/restore my phone. The phone is correctly connecting to my PC via bleutooth, I can browse its content. However, when I open the PC suite restore and backup application, all the applets are grey out! Impossible to activate them to use one of the taks mentioned there. Also my phone is not listed in the scroll down menu where you can choose which phone you wish to work on!!!!! Bizare. Any idea?
My phone seems to be also stocked when trying to use USB connection. It won't be reconized when I am using the USB docking station. And unfortunately I need to back it up before sending it in for repair. Any help wil be more than appreciated.
