Hi all,

This is a great site, I'm really finding it a treasure trove of information! My fiancee bought the w800c here in China a few days ago, and we've noticed something with some of the photos; particularly ones taken in dim light. The photos taken in places like dimly-lit restaurants, or even at home in mid-afternoon, say, tend to produce 'streaks' across the image. Before buying this phone, I checked out loads of galleries of w800 and k750 photos (I was so impressed with them, hence us buying this phone), but never saw any images like ours.

Would anyone mind taking a look at a photo we took this afternoon in a restaurant, and telling me whether or not this is normal, i.e. I have the camera on the wrong settings or something?

The full-size image can be found here:

I'd appreciate any advice on this. If it's not normal, we'll have to try and take it back. That won't be easy!

Thanks for that - glad it's not the camera at fault; it's the operator!
