bluetooth help for T610 |

hye...i just got a T610 and i heard u can transfer files via bluetooth from phone to pc..and i was wondering if sum1 can show me how..and do i need a bluetooth piece to do so? and i dont have windows xp(incase u need it)

You need a bluetooth dongle for your pc. then you can transfer files from your phone to your computer. |

you could transfer files via a IR port on your pc if you have one. Or you could e-mail the files to yourself or you could buy a DSS-25 station that plugs into your computer (from SE), then you could put the phone on the DSS-25 station and transfer files.

If you just want to use Bluetooth...then you need both devices ( phone and PC to be BT active) Im guessing your PC does not have bluetooth integrated, so you would need a Bluetooth dongle, which plugs into the USB port of your CPU...Upgrading to Win XP would be better imo....but it would work fine on Win 98 as well...just that you would need to install the drivers for the BT dongle |
