Hi, I've had my W800i for a week now and it's a great phone but in the last couple of days I've noticed the the battery cover has a slight bit of play in it. It shouldn't be annoying but when texting etc you can feel it moving. Plus, the section below the camera lens is very creaky.
Is anyone else having problems with their W800i? I might send it back under the 14 day plan ansd see if another one better? |

someone threw a tracker bar at me and the screen cover is now comin off. but its a converted k750i so i reckon i did something wrong when putting the case on. or it could have just been the tracker bar. it did smash into a lot of bits. |

Got my W800i on launch day from Orange and posted in masseurs (first impressions) thread that my W800i was creaking badly on one side from day 1, And you're right about the battery cover, coz if you look at it carefully you will notice that its not the same type of plastic used on the rest of the phone, still a nice little phone tho.

it's a dodgy problem and in my package from 02 was a sheet of paper with battery removal instructions. there was a big cross through one of the pictures and a correct method. the one with the cross however was the picture in the instruction manual! |

My w800i is creaking as well, if I press the part at the back of the phone, the mid section area between the camera cover switch and the SE logo.
I don't have a battery cover creaking problem though.
Could this be the result of me dropping the phone more than a meter high on day 2? |
