Help, my k750i keeps turning off when it goes into standby! I have to have the media player running in the background on silent to make sure the phone stays on. I have the R1L fimware and it hasn't done this since I first got it with R1A firmware.

Has anyone got any advice??

Thanks

Try Formatting you MSDuo Pro. Then Reload the Media back onto the card.

I have reformatted my pro duo card but now I can't get the files back onto the card using windows explorer. It says that the path is not recognised even though I'm just dragging and dropping!! help!

Sorry mate, when you format the card you must format it in FAT mode NOT FAT32! Reformat it in Windows Explorer. Remove the Phone from the PC. Then Remove the Card From the Phone. Then Re-Insert the card into the phone and then into the PC. Hope this helps,

Let us know what happens,

Cheers

One of my earlier phones don't remember which model had problems with restarts, turned out to be the mms profile or the gprs profile anyway when I removed thouse it didn't have the problem anymore and I could make my SP sms new settings and after that everything worked allright.
I would also check so its not the theme that messes it up ie. go back to standard settings/themes ring/sms signals etc. and see if it still have problems.
