Well, its kind of a sad story but here it goes: About three weeks ago I bought my k750, its was shiny and new without any scraches. I went to some place and stupid me left it to some friend to hold it and when I received it back it had a scrach on the sreen. I was very obset but determined to repaire the damage so I took some car polish and started polishing it up. I dont know if I liked it better before of now and I was wondering if I could go to the store from wich I baught it from and say that the phone was like this when I baught it and didnt notice till now and if I can get a replacement. Here's how the phone looks now, what do u say? Could I pass it of as a fabrication fouwl and receive a new one?

its only a little scratch, just keep it as it is, its bound to get a scratch on the phone sooner or later. |

first of all, why would you even think about taking it back to the store afterall
it was your carelessnes that got your phone damaged this sounds more like a insurance claim to me....
second, embedded means that your display is inseperebaly mounted onto the phone's main board.

Thanx for all the links but my important question is if I can fool the lady at the shop that it's a production fawl and get here to replace my phone. I mean it doesn't look like i did something intentionate to it.(my opinion) |

1) Its your fault! accept responsibility.
2) If you cant manage that, then get your mate to pay for the replacement.
3) Act like a grown-up, not some 9 year old looking for excusses.
4) Please learn to spell. |

That looks like a stress mark either on the TFT screen or more likely on the housing's screen. It looks as if its on the inside as well.
New genuine K750 housings are only £12.99 from an Ebay seller called fatumi.
I've bought lots of gen housings from her and can recommend highly.
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose |

Ahm, I just pranged my car, do you think I could take it back and claim it's a production fault? |
