i dont know if any has discovered this but anyway..
if you have mpegable x4 follow these instructions
>select a video
>then select "motorola device" in the video encoding profile
>go to video encoding tab and change the "video bitrate" to 680 kb
NOTE (havent tried above 1000 kb yet)
makesure "video codec" is set to ISO Mpeg-4
>Now select compression quality to high quality and change the adaptive framerate to near full
>change the I-Frame period to 150 frames
>now go to the audio encoding taband cahnge the audio bitrate to 192 kb and makesure that the codec is set to mpe4 for that
on the image tab select crop resizing and makesure its set to 176 x 144
once you've done done, got to basic i/o and press the red button
