It can be new or used, I don't mind (as long as I don't keep getting random calls and texts, or anything from Jamster/your stalker etc.) Or I could swap it for something cheap - I've got a couple of Nokia batteries (BLD-3, BLB-2, BL-5C, all genuine but used, can't guarantee their condition), 3100 keypad VGC, and I'm sure I've got more than that somewhere!
