How to create EMS pictures from... |

How should I do to create a ems picture from a backround pictures to e.g T39? Can I create my own(not using the in the phone built in tool)from a simple picture?
Can I download (wap)it to the phone, and then send (via IR) the picture to a pc-tool so I can upload it to a web page as an EMS? Or send it back to the phone via IR?
If this isn't working, it must be a business case for it. The web-sites can't charge money (in sweden $1 for each picture)for a simple EMS-picture, or... |

You can use the program from Ericsoon called "My Picture".
With that PC-based program you can import/export/create/edit animations, backgrounds and EMS-pictures.
You can export it to the phone via IR or cable.

Hmmm, i don't thinks this works..I can do background, but to do EMS? How should I do? I how can I send my EMS picture to the PC?
There is though two buttons to the right in the program that are grey(MA=my animation and MP=my pictures), is this something that you have as well?
I can just send my background via IR or Bluetooth, but not 'my picture'
I'm running t68 and R2A.
Pls guide me, I'm tired of the standard pictures in the phone and to cheep to buy from sites for $1 a pice.

I got three buttons to the right:
My Animation = MA
Background Picture = BP
My Picture = MP
And the MP is EMS!
The versin of the program i'm running is R2E Build 130.
The EMS pic should be 32x32pixels. You can draw a pic or download a pic and then send it to the phone via IR or cable.
Do like this:
Import or draw a pic. Click the mousebutton on the "My Picture, MP". Choose "Send to phone" from the backgroundmenu.
The program isn't the esiest i've seen, but it works.

Only the BP is active on mine...
I've tried importing a 32x32 and a 20x20 picture but the two buttons MA and MP stay grey.

Is there no way to download ems pictures via wap? I use a t65, and i don't want to buy an expensive cable just for this.. |

If the two buttons MA and MP stay grey, try to click at the button to the left of the MA, MB and MP. (Button name = Gryscal phone).
Click a couple of times untill you can see youre phonemodel in the window!

Ahh right... even tho I have a t68, you have to use the grayed out buttons from changing the phone to a b+w screened one?...

Hmmmmmmm doesn't work for the T39m but well for the T65 why ?
Must we wait for a newer version of Mypictures or is it just unavailble for the T39m
If anynone know a site with EMS pictures share it with us pls |

Oki, thanks for your support so far. I have one q more, so I can't transfer EMS picture to my T68 yet or can I do it if I get a cable, the same as to T65, (i guess that'll come in some s.w upgrade)?
As it is for now as soone I change phone to T39 I can't transfer ems, just background. And if I try to transfer using T65 picture then it just asks for com-ports, doesn't even look for IR port.
So basicly I have to wait for R3A or something to be able to use this to my T68?
