How do i find out where se service centres are, i have looked on the se site but found nothing, i am in leicester if that helps! P.S do they upgrade firmware for free?

Call SE on 08705 237 237 and they will tell you the nearest service centre to your location

they only upgrade if you have a problem

they charge for upgrades if one is not needed
i was quoted £20 but it may have changed and may also depend on your location

SE service center sucks. I went to one, and wanted them to change language on my phone, and the guy in service said: It's not possible, ...
