Hi all,

Is it possible to read text documents on K750i?
I tried sending a doc from my laptop but the phone
would not recognise it.

Any advice would be appreciated.

k750 can read .txt files directly.
But to view .doc files you have to save them in .html (save as.. in Office)

one more question... if the document that has been saved as webpage is like around 900KB, can the K750 read this large file?

saving docs file using .html extension uses more bytes than saving them to text (.txt) file format.

so... just how big a file can be in order for the K750 to flash it on screen.

because base on my analysis... i think it can only handle files alot less than 50KB.. well on my K750's case that is. so if ever i would try reading an e-book i would like to trim that file to 40KB bits of files... from an original size of 800KB for example... hhmmm quite tasky...

Hi. I don't own a k750, but I think it's compatible with this application called Read Maniac. It reads txt files.
