I had mine upgraded to R1C today.Why didn't they have the R2A(I live in France)???Anyway, the problem with the contacts is still here so I will take it back to where I bought it...

Faut pa m'en vouloir mais il faut avouer que c'est vrai
exemple: question musique vous etes des fois 1 mois en retard comparer a la Belgique ou a l'Europe

I spoke to a service center here in Sweden today to asked if i could drop by to get an upgrade to R2A. They informed me that since yesterday they were unable to connect to the Ericsson network to get the software for the upgrade. He speculated that it was due to that Ericsson soon will release their 4th quarter report and that they've had some problem with leaks earlier and that this would be the reason why the closed the connection for outsiders. He thought it would be back online as soon as the financial statement is released.
