I will start negotiating with belgian MOBISTAR tomorrow on a GPRS Rate.

Currently tey want 86 € per month, including 50 mb of Data but they seem to be open for a deal.

Could be useful to have an idea how much you pay per month (including how many kb/MB)

In Switzerland, with Swisscom, we'll pay :

up to 1 MB CHF 0.19 / 10 kB
after 1 MB CHF 0.10 / 10 kB

so it will be CHF 19.- for the 1 MB ($ 11.-) and the CHF 10.- for the following MB ($ 6.-)...

A lot more than the US Voicestream price...!
Switzerland can be very expensive...

For Telia customers in Sweden it´s Free to 14 Feb. then it costs:

10$/5mb
30$/25mb

5mb is enought for me =)
But now it´s free!

Hi I'm from belgium too and i will just add that proximus is to extensive for what they offer they are slow and I think that GPRS is only avaible in Brussels so negociate with Mobistar it will be much better. Des gros voleurs voila ce que Proximus est, payer toujours payer !!!!!!

FREE!

The operator is still testing the service, and they don't know how much to charge us yet

Salut Jim,

I use Comviq's net in Sweden and they charge 49 Swedish kronor, almost 5€/month and that gives you 3Mb of download. But until the end of May it's completely free

Just to inform you:

It seems that the best MOBISTAR can offer is 30 € month including 5mb data transfer.

This means 6€ per MB !!!

probably their server is made out of massive gold

Nope, sorry. Why don't you call up customer service?
