K750i usb drivers update |

Hello.
I've tried to update the firmware of my k750i but to do that I needed to update the usb drivers first.
To do so I downloaded a zip file from sony-ericsson which contained two files as a software update the inf file is supposed to be it.
When I try to use this drivers to replace them with the current ones the reply from windows is that "This file contains no information about your hardware"
What should I do, are there any new other to download??
PS:The file that i downloaded is D750_K750_W800_Update_Service_USB_driver.zip

This is what I did to get it going:
1. Install original drivers
2. Unplug phone
3. Open Windows device manager and expand USB and Communications sections
4. Hold 'C' on the phone and plug it in
5. When the Flash Device flashes up in the device manager click it and choose reinstall driver
6. Point it at your folder where you put the 2 files.
Bingo bango, all should work. Can't take credit for that, saw it on another post here on the forum. Damn useful though! | |
