Hi I have just installed my bluetooth dongle (with XP not linux) and would like to do 2 things

1 - send bluetooth messages to my friend next door rather than sms from my pc. Is this possible?

2 - Mess around with connecting with my phone from my pc and copying all the data from it. I have the passkey so i arent interested in snooping for other users etc etc I just want to communicate and experiment with communicating with my phone. Can I do this in a terminal environment in windows or is this just for the more technical linux users?
