...yesterday when I was at a cafe with my k700. noticing a couple of girls over at another table using t610, i switched on bluetooth in the hope for a bit of fun. but as soon as BT was on, there was an incoming item on BT. i rejected it, only for the message to show up again.
and again, and again, and again.
for like 30-40 times. even if i press accept, nothing happens and the message shows up again. anyone has any idea what happened? |

its called caribe or cabir ...the same thing happ to me some weeks back..i restarted the cell and turned off bluetooth quickly ..its a symbian virus, its harmless but annoying...if another symbian phone accepts that incoming bt transfer, then it gets the virus and starts spreading it to others..it drains ur battery faster since it constantly uses ur bt...there is even has a symbian application called caribe remover to remove that virus..if ur symbian cell is infected then u can use it...i dont have that link..but u can always google search..

my k700 went into craz-e mode last nite...i was in the menu and it was just going round in circles (in other words: it was like it was controlling the joystick itself)

Er...is it caribe or commwarrior virus..i had seen the commwarrior virus affecting a series 60 handset. It tries to send a message by any possible means! Very annoying!

Thats imho is not in very good taste my friend..bluejacking is ok. But infecting others phone with viruses isn't!
