Opera Mini on O2 (UK) GPRS? |

Has anyone got Opera Mini to work with O2 GPRS?
When I try to access any site I get a message saying:
"...Your browsing experience may be limited."
I know that this message can occur if the network does not allow HTTP traffic through GPRS but I thought O2 did allow it?
I have changed my WAP profile from WAP to HTTP so I know that is not the problem. Anyone have any ideas? |

Its working fine on mine, O2 gprs contract.
Are you on contract or pay and go?

I have exactly the same problem as DC:UK... Have been fiddling endlessly with IP proxy addresses, DNS addresses and god knows what...
Del, can you post up your complete GPRS settings??

Im using the O2 GPRS settings not the O2 WAPGPRS settings.
Try this
APN address: mobile.o2.co.uk
Username: o2web
Login request: off
Password: password
Allow calls: Automatic
IP address: 'leve empty'
DNS address: 'leve empty'
Authentication: PAP
See if this works.
If not have a look here
