not able to view pictures on my phone |

when i try to view my pictures nothing comes up just a black screen any ideas what causes this? also when i take a pic i cant hear the camera sound, and when i open pictures through my comp theres lines through them

i figured it out, i guess, i just reset my phone and it works fine now |
