ive only had my k750 for 3 weeks and yesterday the earpiece went doo wally, even when the volume was turned down it sounded totally distorted as if there was too much volume, it goes between that and not being able to hear the person at the other end.

then last night i dropped it for the first time, im now thinking if i send it back to vodafone they are gonna automatically think the drop damaged it when it never.

any opinions on what to do? will vodafone send it for repair since its only 3 weeks?

thanks

Tony

Welcome to Esato!

Why not give it a go?
The worst thing that can happen is that they turn around and say "Sorry mac! No go." and you'll eigther have to live with it or buy a new one.

You could try and flashed it with davinci's recovery firmware or the latest R1L002 f/w .
